Happy Monday!

According to information on Facebook and local newspapers there will be a CESPT complete shut-down of water service to Rosarito & Tijuana on Wednesday, the 29th of January, 2014.  The service interruption will be wide-spread and  will affect about 440 colonias.

According to Alfonso Álvarez Juan, Director of CESPT, the outage will contiue until the evening of Thursday, January 30.
